Wisdom Teeth

Wisdom teeth can be an issue at times. These are the teeth that erupt around the end of your teenage years and they come out at all sorts of angles.

Why are they a problem?

Because of the strange angles that they come out in they sometimes get stuck and cause food trapping under the gums and between adjacent teeth. This food trap can not be cleaned and over time gets infected and causes pain. Sometimes you may not need them out but you will need to be advised how to clean them. Either way we will sort it.
